The Teams that Make HEC Work.
Our 18 departments control every aspect of HEC, both internal and external, to deliver the best experience possible. From our food and beverage teams to our conference support teams, everyone in HEC is able to find a department that aligns with their skills and interests.
Our departments are roughly segmented into four "pods," groups of teams that frequently work together to accomplish similar goals. Of course, these pods are not restrictive, and there is constant collaboration among teams in different pods. Learn more about some of our pods below.
