Curates and executes all beverage programming, creates a comprehensive beverage training program for students. 

Consults with F&B teams to develop all HEC floorplans, stage event spaces, and bridge the F&B pod to Facilities and Hotel Leadership.

The team organizes and oversees all food-related aspects of HEC. They are responsible for the  development of menus and oversee the execution of every event during the weekend.

Develops and implements this year's conference spaces and designs HEC events throughout the year.

Assists and helps facilitate collaboration between all F&B departments.

Organizes, plans, and executes the set-up, break-down, and event service for all HEC F&B events.
