HEC 101 - Hotel Ezra Cornell

Welcome to Hotel Ezra Cornell Est. 1925

Hotel Ezra Cornell is a three-day, student-run business conference for hospitality industry leaders and members of the Cornell community from across the globe. A 100+ year tradition of the School of Hotel Administration, HEC is one of the oldest organizations at Cornell and an unparalleled introduction to the students, faculty, and alumni of the preeminent hospitality program in the nation. Featuring some of the most talented individuals in the business, the conference will discuss the latest developments in hospitality and include leisure events for attendees to network with other professionals and meet the students who will be leading the industry in the future.

HEC 102: Built to Last

This year's theme Built to Last traces the full lifecycle of a hospitality career, from the dream that started it all, to the hardest question the industry has ever faced: how do you harness the tools of a changing world without losing the craft, the care, and the human connection that technology will keep reaching for, and that hospitality must keep protecting?  A decade ago, HEC 92 challenged the industry to Face the Future, Preserve the Past. Today, the future has arrived, and the question is no longer whether to hold both things at once. It is how.
