Over the past century, Hotel Ezra Cornell (HEC) has stood the test of time, being the oldest consecutively student-run organization. From the iconic server derby to magnificent plated dinners, HEC has accomplished many great things. It is the pleasure of our Historian, Kathryn Poschmann, and her team to reveal the history of HEC!
Each year, a select group of students are chosen to design and execute this tradition. They have the power to influence and shape the way this organization is run. For the past 100 years, the Board of Directors has varied from year to year as each brings a new perspective and faces a new challenge.
