Meet Jessica

Jessica Molitor is a senior in the Hotel School from Rye, New York. Growing up in Hong Kong and the United States in a trilingual environment, Jessica was drawn to the international nature of the hospitality industry from a young age. Through summer internships in Germany, Jessica solidified her passion for the food & beverage (F&B) industry. She continues to pursue her dedication to F&B through her concentration in the Hotel School. In the future, Jessica hopes to continue her work in F&B operations and broaden her knowledge of the field.

After transferring to the Hotel School for her sophomore year, Jessica served as a Beverage Lead for HEC 96. During HEC 97, she took on the role of Assistant Director for the Beverage Team, where she assisted in developing and executing the beverage plan for the first in-person Hotel Ezra Cornell in two years. As Beverage Director for HEC 98, Jessica is excited to continue this important hotelie tradition by facilitating lifelong connections between students, faculty, and industry professionals.

Outside of HEC, Jessica is the Co-President of the American Hospitality and Lodging Association and is a member of Cornell’s blind wine tasting team, Cuvée. Outside of the classroom, Jessica continues to strengthen her operations acumen by working at the Statler Hotel’s Regent Lounge. In her free time, you can find Jessica cooking and discovering new restaurants and wineries in the Finger Lakes region.
