Lance Zeligson
Lance Zeligson is a junior in the Nolan School of Hotel Administration from West Orange, New Jersey, pursuing minors in Psychology, Moral Psychology, and Law & Society. He became interested in the hospitality industry through restaurants as he developed a passion for cooking. He has explored several aspects of the industry through restaurants, hotels, and resorts, and is eager to expand his knowledge through new experiences. This summer, he worked at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas as a Hotel Operations Intern, and in the future, Lance is hoping to explore the cruise line industry.
Lance first joined Hotel Ezra Cornell as a Food & Beverage Service Manager for HEC 99 and returned as a History Assistant Director & Bartender for HEC 100. Lance is excited to join his fourth department as Conference Services Director and is eager to lead a team of passionate students and foster their leadership skills as they carry out the operations of the conference.
Outside of HEC, Lance serves as the Executive Vice President for the Hotel Student Mentorship Program, Co-President of Air + Sea Hospitality, and is a course assistant for Introduction to Hotel Operations and Hotelie LaunchPad. He is also a University Tour Guide and a Supervisor in the Meetings & Events department at The Statler Hotel through the Hotel Leadership Development Program. In his free time, Lance enjoys trying new food, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
