Justin Meselsohn
Justin is an alumni of HEC, serving on the board for HEC 90 & 91. Justin is an also an alumni of HLDP & former member of Cornell Cuvee: Cornell's Wine Tasting Team. Upon graduation Justin joined the Four Seasons family in Dallas where he entered as Food & Beverage M-I-T and was promoted to Director of Restaurants and Bars in October 2019.
After a short stint away from Four Seasons he returned as the opening General Manager of TRUSS Restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley.
After opening TRUSS Restaurant & Bar, Justin joined the team at Georgie by Curtis Stone in Dallas.
Justin is now the General Manager of Adorn Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons Chicago and also oversees their Mile High Speakeasy Bar located on the top floor of the hotel in collaboration with Handshake Bar, recognized no. 1 on the world's 50 best bars.
