Jess Lee

Jessica Lee is a junior from Tenafly, New Jersey, studying Hotel Administration. Her passion for the hospitality industry was fostered at a young age as she was an avid foodie and home baker. Jessica is a true people person who loves connecting with others, especially over meals and other celebrations. Upon graduation, Jessica hopes to work on making high-level business decisions in the hospitality industry.

As a transfer student from Smith College, Jessica came to the Hotel School looking for community amongst her peers. Through her experience in HEC, she has made life-long friends and hopes to continue building relationships this year. Jessica began her HEC career in the Food and Beverage Service team as a Manager for HEC 99 and is thrilled to be returning to the organization for the centennial conference. During HEC 100, Jessica is excited to engage with teams cross-functionally and lead a new department as the conference's Logistics Director.

Most recently, Jessica interned at Dorsia, a hospitality tech startup, where she assessed revenue opportunities in new luxury markets for expansion within the members-only platform. At Cornell, Jessica enjoys working as a university tour guide, sharing her love for Cornell's finest major with prospective students! She is also an analyst at Grub Ventures Cornell where she works with venture capital firms to assess market opportunities and is a member of the Nolan School Dean's Student Advisory Board. In her free time, Jessica enjoys relaxing in nature, hiking around the greater Ithaca area, going to the Farmer's market, and hosting dinner parties with friends!
