HEC 98 Silent Auction

This year’s edition of HEC is EXPO: Envisioning a Sustainable and Equitable Future Through Global Hospitality. Consistent with this theme, the Philanthropy team will be executing a silent auction throughout the conference to support Tourism Cares, a non-profit organization dedicated to the long-term survival of the travel + tourism industry. Tourism Cares achieves this goal through sponsoring sustainability and diversity and inclusion initiatives along with running various other programs.

The silent auction will run from 8:00AM on Friday, April 21 and will run until 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 22. The auction will be located at the Hersha Center, where HECoffee will be taking place. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on as many items as they want simply by writing their bid on the auction page next to the item.  All items will have a minimum bid, and bids must be for more than the previous highest. Winners will be announced at 6:00PM at the closing ceremony of the conference.

Everyone at HEC would like to sincerely thank the donors for their generous donations to the silent auction. Without their help, none of this would have been possible. HEC Philanthropy team members leveraged both professional and personal connections to procure these items. Please find the list of items to be auctioned below:
