Plans and executes HEC programming and events, including educational, leisure, and student activities. 

Creates and maintains meaningful relationships with HEC guests staying at the Statler Hotel, managing the HEC room block, and designing memorable amenities. 

Cultivates relationships with Cornell alumni, past HEC guests, and hospitality industry professionals to drive registrations and grow the conference audience.
