Sarah Phelps
Sarah Phelps is Director of Blue Origin's Astronaut Sales, Customer Experience, and Commercial Partnerships teams for New Shepard, New Glenn, Space Systems, and Lunar Development. She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles at luxury hotels and resorts around the country and brings deep experience in experiential and transformational travel, including more than 13 years at the Yellowstone Club and additional experience in education, nonprofits, and all-inclusive resorts.
Deeply passionate about creating life-changing customer experiences, Sarah developed the New Shepard customer experience and led the design, build-out, and establishment of Astronaut Village at Launch Site One. Her singular focus is providing world class service to the astronauts who make Blue Origin's mission possible. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and lives in Kent, WA with her daughter, Sydney. She's active in the local Kent community as a school volunteer and coach for various levels of youth basketball and volleyball.
