Allison (Stover) Knepler

Allison Stover Knepler is a Senior Manager of Customer Engagement Advanced Analytics at the Walt Disney Company.  In this role, she oversees the development and usage of predictive models for Disney Experiences' marketing campaigns.  Allison has worked at The Walt Disney Company for 14 years in roles related to restaurant revenue management, cruise line revenue management, website personalization, merchandise pricing, and marketing analytics.  Allison's career has focused on leveraging data and analytics to drive business value while improving the customer experience.

Allison is a graduate of The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.  She lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
