Lillian Pinheiro is a senior hotelie and this year's Managing Director for HEC 98. She has interned in special events with Gurney's Resorts Montauk and The Blackstone Group, and will be pursuing a career in corporate event and conference planning after graduation as an Ambassador for Deloitte US under their internal operations team. 

Lillian is thrilled to return to Hotel Ezra Cornell for her fourth time, as it has been the most influential part of her college experience and what fostered her passion for event and conference planning. For HEC 95 she was a Bar Manager, then joined the Rooms Team for HEC 96 as a Guest Experience Manager to continue in HEC 97 as the Rooms & Guest Experience Director. She joined the HEC 97 Board of Directors without having ever seen an in-person HEC before due to the pandemic, which led her to form many meaningful relationships and gain invaluable leadership skills. She is most looking forward to sharing these resources with this year’s unique mix of student Directors, ADs, Managers, and Volunteers as they work to bring the vision of HEC 98 EXPO to life.
