Lillian Pinheiro is a junior in The School of Hotel Administration from Morristown, New Jersey. She discovered her love for hospitality through traveling and working in a restaurant in high school, where she was inspired by the power great service can have in making someone's day.
She is a part of the Hotel Leadership Development Program working as a Guest Service Agent in the Front Office Department of the Statler Hotel, and has interned for Gurney's Resorts in their Rooms Division.
Outside of HEC, Lillian holds executive board positions in mentorship and outreach for the Cornell chapters of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, American Hotel and Lodging Association, and Club Management Association. She is also the Director of Member Finances for the NY Delta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi and a New Student Mentor for The Hotel School.
Lillian's involvement with Hotel Ezra Cornell began her freshman year as a Bar Manager for HEC 95 and continued when she served as a Guest Experience Manager for HEC 96. She is looking forward to the innovation and excitement of her first in-person HEC through celebrating the deep tradition of The Hotel School and resilience of the industry.
