Madison Cohen
Madison Cohen is a senior at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration from Westchester County, NY pursuing a specialization in Marketing and a minor in English. From a young age, Madison was drawn to providing service to others, bringing people closer together, and bridging generational gaps.
Madison started her involvement in Hotel Ezra Cornell (HEC) working as a Brand Manager on the first ever HEC Communications team for HEC 99. Building on this role, Madison served as a Communications Assistant Director for HEC 100. Experiencing the beginnings of the Communications team and working through its role in the pivotal 100 anniversary of HEC, Madison is excited to apply her background to work with a group of passionate students to continue to grow the team in the new HEC centennial.
Outside of HEC, Madison has had a variety of roles that has shaped her foundation in brand management and hospitality. Previously, Madison was the Membership Club Intern for Major Food Group (MFG), where she researched and compiled competitive analysis to assess MFG's positioning among their competitors to better cater to their target market. In addition, as a Hospitality Intern at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP (Willkie), she participated in planning, organizing, and execution of events to enhance the Willkie brand to various stakeholders. On campus, she continues to shape the business development of Debut, a biomedical engineering student-led project team at Cornell as a senior consultant and works remotely for the marketing agency Buzz Sport and Entertainment. This summer, Madison is interning at Live Nation in New York City as a Brand Management College Associate.
