Lillian Hammam is a Junior at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration, pursuing a Real Estate minor and a Food and Beverage concentration. As a New York native, Lillian fell in love with F&B by exploring what the city had to offer and competing in cooking competitions with her three sisters. 

Lillian started her journey with Hotel Ezra Cornell as a manager on the HEC 99 Finance & Procurement team. She served as an assistant director on the HEC 100 Budget & Procurement team. Lillian looks forward to applying her organizational and logistical skills learned in previous positions to her position on the HEC 101 Board and executing a cohesive creative vision.  

Outside of HEC, Lillian serves as the Director of Alumni Affairs for the Cornell Hotel Society, Vice President of Events for the Hotel School Mentorship Program, and is a member of the Dean's Student Advisory Board. In addition, Lillian is a course assistant for Hotelie Launchpad and Finance. In her free time, Lillian enjoys baking, going to music festivals, and trying new restaurants in Ithaca with her friends.
