Jessica Wang is a junior from Los Angeles, California, studying Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate and a specialization in Finance. Growing up immersed in her family's hospitality businesses, she developed an early appreciation for the lasting impressions thoughtful service can leave on guests. At Cornell, she has been exploring the operational and financial aspects behind these meaningful experiences.

Since the start of her time at Cornell, Jessica has been involved in the Rooms and Guest Experience Department of Hotel Ezra Cornell. She first served as a Guest Experience Manager for HEC 99 and later as the Room Block Assistant Director for HEC 100. Now, as Director, Jessica looks forward to applying the collaboration, leadership, and communication skills she has developed throughout her years in the organization to create personalized and meaningful experiences for guests and the HEC team. Above all, she is eager to help make HEC 101 the best ever!

Beyond HEC, Jessica participates in the Hotel Leadership Development Program, where she previously worked in the Front Office and currently works in the Finance Department of The Statler Hotel. This past summer, she interned at Charterhouse School in the Accounting Department, where she delved further into the interconnectedness between the financial and operational sides of businesses. In her free time, Jessica enjoys visiting museums and documenting everything on her digital camera.
