Jason Orenstein is a junior from Clifton Park, New York, majoring in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate. Jason's passion for service started in the various food service jobs he worked in high school, and he continues to be excited to find the intersection between hospitality and finance. 

Jason has been a part of HEC since his freshman year. He began as a manager in the conference services team and then was an assistant director for the same department in his sophomore year. He looks forward to the new challenges of the procurement director role and is excited for the year ahead!

Outside of HEC, Jason serves as a TA for various classes throughout the hotel school, and he is also a mentor and ambassador for new/prospective students. Outside of the hotel school, Jason is the Executive Vice President of Cornell Alpha Fund, a student-run investment fund, and enjoys playing intramural soccer with his friends.
