Crafted in the Vallée de la Marne by Dominique Boulard & Filles, this stunning Extra Brut blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Chardonnay includes 40% reserve wine from the 2020 vintage. Only 1,925 individually numbered bottles were produced, honoring the year HEC began. As a tribute to the Hotel School's guiding philosophy, each cork is inscribed with our motto: "Life is Service."
