Alicia Scott
Alicia Scott is a senior at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Originally from Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA., her passion for food and hospitality is rooted in how they bring people together. Growing up in a big family, meals were where her family connected, sharing stories and making memories. With an interest in the food and beverage industry, Alicia hopes to create restaurant concepts that invite people to slow down and connect, fostering the sense of togetherness she grew up with around the dinner table.
Alicia returns to Hotel Ezra Cornell this year having served as a Food and Beverage Service Manager for HEC 99 and a Food and Beverage Assistant Director for HEC 100. She is excited to lead the start of the next century of innovative food and beverage events at HEC.
Outside of HEC, Alicia is involved in a variety of other activities. Some highlights include being the Student Sous Chef in the Taverna Banfi and Regent Lounge kitchen in the Hotel Leadership Development Program at the Statler Hotel and mentoring for the Hotel Student Mentorship Program. In her free time, Alicia likes to try new restaurants with friends, read, and travel.
