Grace Maniace is a rising Junior from a small beach town called Ocean Grove, NJ. She enjoys outdoor activities, reading, movies, music, thrift shopping, and traveling. She chose hospitality because it not only involves two of the best things, food and traveling, but also allows for unlimited career opportunities to learn and grow. Grace will most likely be pursuing destination management, corporate event planning, and/or hospitality design throughout her career.
On the HEC 96 team, she was a Designer and worked on projects creating speaker gifts and video content for programming. As a Fall 2020 transfer student, the HEC tradition was a key event motivator for applying to the Hotel School and
Outside of academics, Grace works at the Mui Ho Fine Arts Library as a Student Circulation Assistant. Last year, she was a Copywriter for The 180 Magazine, a Hotel School publication dedicated to showcasing hotelie activity. Interning for Four Seasons during Summer 2021, she lived in Vail, Colorado and worked in the Food and Beverage Department, rotating through the outlets.
