Programs Director

Gigi Chan

Gigi Chan is a junior at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration from San Jose, CA. She is pursuing a minor in information science and is interested in pursuing a marketing career within the food or sports industries. Previously, she has interned with Vintage Wine Merchants, Yo-Kai Express autonomous restaurants, and Cold Stone Creamery. This summer, Gigi is working at the Kraft Heinz Company in their Marketing Function.

Gigi first joined Hotel Ezra Cornell as a Programs Manager during her freshman year. She then served as People & Culture Assistant Director for HEC 99. She is thrilled to return to HEC as Programs Director to light the torch for the next 100 years of hospitality and create the most memorable conference yet.

Outside of her involvement in HEC, Gigi is the Executive Vice President of Nolan Ambassadors. She also pursues her passion for food through various organizations, whether writing for Cornell's premier food magazine Crème de Cornell or developing new food products in Cornell's IFTSA Mars Wrigley Product team. Gigi also enjoys watching sports, hiking, traveling, and anything food-related!
